President Wilkerson Vision for the SFA for 2025-2035

(PUBLISHED IN THE DROP - SUMMER 2025)

• Increase membership by 50 percent to nearly 20,000 members.

• Improve communications with the membership and Chapters to better disseminate information and coordinate SFA programs and affairs, through the website, emails and a quarterly Chapter President’s response.

• Increase revenues in the Association to an amount over two million dollars a year by 2035.

• Increase revenues through a program of Corporate Sponsorship and fundraising activities to support our three main expenditures:

Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR) Fund

Patriot Fund

Scholarship Fund

• Increase annual scholarship awards fund to more than $100,000

• Significantly increase the capabilities of the Patriot Fund to aid:

• SF active duty and National Guard forces

• Widows of KIA or unexpected loss of SFA members

• Prepare and provide HA/DR relief to SFA members and their communities

• Raise sufficient funds and build an SFA Banquet Hall on or near the SFA National Memorial Grounds capable of hosting events consisting of 500+ persons.

• Increase the ability of the National Board of Officers and staff to support our chapters in recruiting, fundraising, and support to our SF active duty and National Guard forces, retirees, and veterans.

• Increase Chapter involvement in recruitment, fund raising, SFA National objectives, and support to the SF active duty and National Guard Forces, retirees and veterans.

• Educate the public on the United States Army Special Forces’ vital role in national security
